8-Week Meditation Training

A small, intentional group for people ready to do real work.

This is not a drop-in class. It is a structured, progressive training built to develop your capacity to work with your own attention and inner experience — week by week, from the inside out.

You have tried meditation before. Maybe apps, maybe classes, maybe just sitting alone and hoping something would shift. Something hasn't quite landed. Not because you haven't tried hard enough. But because most approaches teach you to manage your inner experience — to calm it down, speed it up, or get it out of the way. What this training offers is different: the capacity to be with your experience without needing to immediately change it. That capacity is trainable. That is what we build here.

THE APPROACH

This is not mindfulness. It is not relaxation.

This training draws from Classical Tantra philosophy and modern nervous system science to develop real internal steadiness over time.

Meeting mental activity without suppression or force.

Awareness, discernment, and mental activity through classical yoga psychology.

Posture, stillness, and containment to support nervous system regulation.

Simple pranayama to steady attention and regulate the body.

Sound and mantra

Repetition and vibration as anchors for sustained inward focus.

Building steady attention

Developing focus without strain — expanding presence without overwhelm.

Thought, emotion, and inner narratives

Working with reactivity and self-criticism through steadiness rather than force.

Meditation in daily life

Bringing breath, awareness, and practice into stress, relationships, and decisions.
