Nervous System Meditation Training is an 8-week live online progressive cohort designed to build steadiness, attention, and nervous-system regulation through structured meditation practice.

This is not drop-in mindfulness. It is a contained training that develops capacity gradually over time.

Each week includes:
– Live guided instruction
– Applied attention training
– Breath-based regulation practices
– Integration and reflection

The cohort begins and progresses together across eight weeks. Recordings are available for 30 days following the final session.

This training is especially supportive for those experiencing overstimulation, mental overactivity, or difficulty sustaining meditation practice.

No prior meditation experience is required.
