This week deepens our relationship to mental and emotional content.
Thoughts and emotions are not obstacles.
They are movements within awareness.
We explore how to notice narrative patterns without becoming entangled in them.
Meditation shifts our relationship to experience.
It does not eliminate experience.
The work is observation without collapse or suppression.
Integration Focus:
Notice recurring thought patterns during the week.
Instead of correcting them, practice labeling and returning.
Observe emotional shifts without needing to resolve them immediately.
The emphasis here is steadiness in contact.
Allow awareness to hold what arises.
